Voicemail indication does not go away

Postby scansbar » 08/19/2017

Hello,
I have an Obi202 with Freephoneline and it has been great for the past years but recently had two voicemail's and instead of picking up my phone to access my voicemail and delete them, I logged onto freephoneline.ca to remove them and since then my phones still indicate voicemail. I called myself and left a message and then accessed my voice through my phone and deleted the message. I have no voicemail's and I checked GV and there are no voicemail's or archived ones. I tried unplugging Obi for a few minutes and nothing has changed. Is there something I can do as I don't want to disable voicemail and why does it not work when deleting off the server? I really appreciate any help provided.
Thank you and have a great day.]

It takes up to 10 minutes for FPL's voicemail indicator to disappear after all voicemail has been deleted. But chances are you've triggered the bug described here: viewtopic.php?f=8&t=17194&start=25#p72630.
