I need help. FPL site says it can't port my number but...

I need help. FPL site says it can't port my number but in 2 separate tickets I submitted I was told that it COULD be ported. If this needs to be done manually who do I PM? I don't exactly want to post my phone number on a public forum. :)

As a general rule, people on forums (including moderators), other than official Fongo Support, can't help you with anything regarding account, billing, or porting inquiries.
You must submit a ticket: https://support.fongo.com/hc/en-us/requests/new. Choose "porting inquiry" for the final issue type. Provide the previous ticket numbers in your inquiry.

Just out of curiosity, can my current phone provider hold my number hostage?

Instead of pretending I know what I'm talking about, I'm just going to say I'm not sure.

Ok customer support is porting manually and I just got off the phone with them to pay for it since you can't pay online for a number that the website says can't be ported. :)
