Call Log not updated on FPL.ca

Post by fizikz »

At the end of each month, I like to check the call log to make sure 1+ minutes of calls are recorded in the call log so I don't end up losing my FPL number. Right now, nothing is showing for this month. I just placed a couple of 2+ minute calls, and the FPL app shows the calls in history. Is anyone else having issues with the call log on FPL.ca ?

I'm not seeing anything listed after 5p.m. EST on September 30th as I type.

I could speculate about the cause, but it's probably better to submit a ticket and ask: https://support.fongo.com/hc/en-us/requests/new.

Select "My Account Inquiry" for the issue type.

I do see an issue listed here, but the description doesn't mention call logs: http://status.fongo.com/.

Thanks. Sent a ticket.

As long as I don't lose my number, the rest isn't urgent. What is the current official policy on, and definition of, inactive accounts?

Good to know:
1) FreePhoneLine Accounts which have not been used to place an outgoing call for over 90 days are considered inactive and are subject to deletion
Also good to know......
Users who wish to restore a deleted number are required to purchase a $5 World Credits Voucher from the Online Store.
