Caller cannot hear voice

I m using this service 3 years not a single problem.
last week problem start caller hear the ringtone going on when we picked up the phone caller cannot hear anything. when we call back then both side no problem .
Is there any changes ??i m using cisco spa 122 i updated latest firmware still no fix.
Please help me.
