Can I change my tel number bought with unlock key?

I got the Ottawa tel number bought with VOIP unlock key. Now I have moved to GTA. Is it possible to change my Ottawa tel number to GTA tel number without paying any extra charge? I do not mind losing Ottawa tel number.

You are right, they have obviously got a dead link in their FAQs.
