Voicemail forwarding mp3 conversion broken

Emails sent to entered email address on https://www.freephoneline.ca/voicemailSettings have some major issues now.
Original message using *98 and the actual au files on https://www.freephoneline.ca/mailbox are fine.
The mp3 conversion of that au has a loud hammering noise on top of the message that isn't present in the original recording. This is happening on all messages now.
See attached zip file as forum won't allow mp3 files for some reason.
Please fix.
Seems to be an issue with my media player. For some reason only these mp3s were having this issue, very strange. Please ignore.
