Cannot Call China shanghai since Sept.22

calling china shanghai works good all the time until after Sept.22. it says no route found when i try to with 0118621. my phone's balance is enough. my device is SPA112. anything got changed recently?

Please help.

Dial *68 to ensure you're not caller ID blocking on all outbound calls.

Then double check that you're dialing the right number: https://www.countrycallingcodes.com/det ... o=Shanghai.

If the problem persists and provided the phone number you're dialing is active and working, it's a carrier issue. The carrier is playing that audio message ("No routes found").

Open a support ticket at https://support.fongo.com/hc/en-us/requests/new.
When creating a ticket, for the issue type select VoIP Unlock Key-->World Credits inquiry. Provide the full phone number that you're trying to call. Mention that it's a carrier problem.
They don't work weekends, officially. So wait until Tuesday, at least, for a response.
