Phone reports "no line" since yesterday at least.
The OBI ATA device says
``Registered (server=162.213.111.21:6060; expire in 3178s)``
It has been working for a very long time without any issues. I tried to power cycle the ATA device, phone, but it does not help
I connect using:
ProxyServer voip4.freephoneline.ca
ProxyServerPort 6060
RegistrarServer voip4.freephoneline.ca
RegistrarServerPort 6060
OutboundProxy voip4.freephoneline.ca
OutboundProxyPort 6060
X_EchoServerPort 6060
Are there any changes that I should do? Has anything changed over the weekend.
Thank you for your support,
mtlv

Re: Service Down?
Would you be able to suggest what could be the cause of "registered" but "no line" ?

Re: Service Down?
That's fine.mtlv wrote: ProxyServer voip4.freephoneline.ca
ProxyServerPort 6060
That's all redundant and not necessary. X_EchoServerPort is definitely wrong, but you haven't specified an Echo Server either, so changing that doesn't matter.RegistrarServer voip4.freephoneline.ca
RegistrarServerPort 6060
OutboundProxy voip4.freephoneline.ca
OutboundProxyPort 6060
X_EchoServerPort 6060
Put all of that back to defaults.
You should only be specifying ProxyServer and ProxyServerPort.
Your setup guide is found here: http://forum.fongo.com/viewtopic.php?f=15&t=16196.
What is the full error message, what are you doing when you hear it (dialing out?), and is there a 3 digit SIP error code that you hear as well?mtlv wrote: "no line" ?
Are you able to determine whether the ATA or Freephoneline is generating the error you hear?
What brand and model router are you using?
Keep SIP ALG disabled.

Also ensure whatever modem/router combo your ISP gave you is in bridge mode. Contact your ISP if need be.
Proper device reboot order is always modem–>router (wait for Wi-Fi SSIDs to populate first)–>ATA (in that order).I tried to power cycle the ATA device, phone, but it does not help

Re: Service Down?
Fixed now : ) The issue was different, the dog somehow pulled out phone cable from phone cable extension under the table and phone was not connected to ATA .I see the cable in ATA and in the phone and think it's all cool. Silly me not noticing this...
thank you!!

Re: Service Down?
Alright, that means the "no line" error was actually generated from your phone and not from the ATA or Freephoneline. I was confused and thought you might have heard "no line" when dialing out, but I guess that message appeared on your phone's display instead.
I kept thinking that I've never heard that error message before. Now I know why. Thank you for reporting back.
