Hi guys, I have been a "Freephoneline"customer for about five or six years and must say that I am quite pleased and happy with the services. I have moved residences several times within the Ottawa "613" exchange and never had a problem keeping the same phone number by just plugging the same ATA in the new internet router at the new locations and everything worked just fine.
In a few weeks I will be moving to an area with a different exchange (623). My question is; will I be able to move my ATA to the new exchange and will it be working just the same as if I was moving within the same exchange?
Many thanks,
Pierre

Re: Moving to a new exchange
Your ATA will work regardless of the location where you are moving. You can also travel abroad and bring your ATA. All you need is a good Internet connection.
