Ticket #329630 - This Account Number is Not Valid

I have never received any reply regarding this matter. On 13-Jun-2016 I purchased World Credits and on 14-Apr-2017 I purchased VOIP Unlock yet my number was activated due to inactivity.

I am missing calls and would like my number and my account reactivated as soon as possible. I have even offered to purchase more World Credits, but nobody at Fongo will return my calls or even send an email.

Your assistance,is greatly appreciated.

Officially, they don't respond to tickets on the weekend:
"business hours are 9AM-4PM EST, Monday to Friday excluding holidays"

Something else is going on.
