Receiving Long Distance call to my VoIP ?

Hello,
I had purchased two VoIP (phone/credential) numbers from FPL awhile back, but we're only using one of the VoIP numbers, at present, for our respective area-code.
However, I will obviously still keep my old VoIP number, since I had (one-time) purchased it anyway.
Also, I've noticed that any World Credits that I have purchased are spread across "both" of my VoIP numbers.

Question:
If people call, (from long distance), to my other VoIP number and it goes to Voicemail, will I be BILLED for that?
Meaning,
Do I get charged if someone, (spam or otherwise), calls any of my VoIP numbers, from long distance, even though I do not answer it, and it goes to voicemail. ???

That doesn't make any sense to me. Each number uses a separate account with a different email address. Purchasing World Credits on one account can't make the credits appear on another.

I suggest submitting a ticket and asking for clarification: https://support.fongo.com/hc/en-us/requests/new.
Select "VoIP Unlock Key"-->"World Credits Inquiry" for the issue type.

No. Incoming calls are always free.

That page might be of interest with regards to accounts not being used for a while. They will start reducing your balance after a while.
