Can't log in the web page with Linksys spa2102

I must order the config. file and do have a Linksys spa2102 with me. However, I can't open the web page to do the setting. I did try to 192.168.1.1 or 192.168.0.1 still no luck. Would anyone show me how to set up the Linksys spa2102 ATA router. Thanks in advance.

Generally we do not offer third-party support. But it'd be rude to ignore this one.

With a phone plugged in, press **** then 110# and you will hear a voice read out the IP address of the ATA, you can then enter that into a web browser just as you have been doing and configure your ATA when you have the settings. The quickest way would probably be in our online store; it's easy, and instant.
