Hi!
I actually have a problem when i make calls to Azores (Portugal).
For example, i dial 011-351-296-682-642 and it starts beeping.
I went on my account to check the call logs and it says Switching Equipment Congestion and it never works.
I have tried to make calls yesterday and today and it won't work.
Can you please help me with that, i really need to call to this place many times a week and it won't work.
I can receive calls from there but i can't call over there.

I noticed call failures since October 2012 in my logs and it persists to this day! I'd say that you are lucky if you are experiencing the Switching Equipment Congestion error just now.

In fairness to the free and deteriorating service, I can say that after a few retries I can complete the call.

My problem is now fixed.
