Call failure

Hi!
I actually have a problem when i make calls to Azores (Portugal).
For example, i dial 011-351-296-682-642 and it starts beeping.
I went on my account to check the call logs and it says Switching Equipment Congestion and it never works.
I have tried to make calls yesterday and today and it won't work.

Can you please help me with that, i really need to call to this place many times a week and it won't work.
I can receive calls from there but i can't call over there.

I noticed call failures since October 2012 in my logs and it persists to this day! :cry: I'd say that you are lucky if you are experiencing the Switching Equipment Congestion error just now. :)

In fairness to the free and deteriorating service, I can say that after a few retries I can complete the call. :roll:

My problem is now fixed.
Just tried this afternoon to call and it is now working.
