Hi,
I have a problem with my obi110 with the * 72 function with freephoneline.
When I make a unconditional call forwarding to another number, it does not work, the call go directly into my freephonelone voicemail.
there you have a particular way so that the call is direct to the numbers chosen?
thank you
Zouave

Re: Call forwarding (*72) with Freephoneline
*72 will put your phone in silent mode: it will forward calls to freephoneline without ringing your phone. You can't forward to another number with *72. You have to use "Follow Me" option, "Always Forward".

Hello, lustucru wrote:*72 will put your phone in silent mode: it will forward calls to freephoneline without ringing your phone. You can't forward to another number with *72. You have to use "Follow Me" option, "Always Forward".
in my obi110 config, i have this setting (star code features):
*72, Call Forward Unconditional, coll($cfan),set($cfa,1)
- Collects a number from the user according to the DigitMap. Then set the CallForwardUnconditionalNumber on all trunks to the collected value, and set the CallForwardUnconditionalEnable on all trunks to Yes
- To modify the script to enable CallForwardUnconditional on SP1 only, change it to
*72, Call Forward Unconditional SP1, coll(SP1($cfan)),set(SP1($cfa),1)
but, i don't know i FPL allow to use this feature
thank you

Re: Call forwarding (*72) with Freephoneline
FPL does not allow call forwarding to a number other than FPL voicemail with *72, regardless of the ATA used.
There is a post about this restriction but I couldn't find it.
To forward to another number, use freephoneline.ca Web interface, enter you userid and password and in "Settings", select "Follow Me".
