FPL other end can hear me, but can not hear others ..

FPL other end can hear me, but can not hear others ..
Also, there is no ringtone when dial some numbers ...

After search the forum, I found this might caused by the blocked ports. or defect routers.

But strange thing is: I can call my others FPL numbers in other city perfectly. It seems this number can only make INTERNAL FPL calls.

Can someone please look into this?

Is your adapter configured as per below?

Also- have you tried opening the following ports in your router for the IP address of your PAP2T:

UDP-5060-5061
UDP- 16384-16482

These are the ports required by your PAP2T

I double checked the config. parameters with the file from viewtopic.php?f=15&t=310, other than i'm using line2, sip port 5061, everthing same.
also i was using callcentric and justvoip on this unit, they were no problem, now i'm using justvoip and fpl, there is no problem on justvoip.

i'm using the D-link DI-624 router, could you please tell me how to open udp-5060-5061 and udp-16384-16482 ports?

ps, i just upgrade the firmware from 3.1.15 to 5.1.6, and i could not see the difference.

Hi there,

If you are planning to use two lines on the ATA, your setup needs to be a little different. Connecting two providers on same port 5060 will have issues.

Forwarding ports on the DIR624 won't help as your router is not very voip friendly.

You need to put the ip of the ATA in the DMZ of your DIR624.
This has been explained here:

Please try to do this and let me know if line is working as expected after making the suggested changes.

I cancelled the setting for justvoip and moved the FPL setting to line1, now the Pap2t only set for FPL at line1; Also I went to Di-624 at Advanced tab and opened the UDP 5060, 5061,16384 and 16482 ports for virtual service( I set the private IP as the IP showed on my computer, is that right?), but it still same as it was!

PS. I tried and called a FPL number, it is working fine, just having problem to call other number!

I changed it to ATA's IP, it is still same!

I read the posted on http://forum.fongo.com/viewtopic.php?f= ... 140#p48140
then changed the proxy from voip.freephoneline.ca to voip2.freephoneline.ca, looks like the problem is gone!

Like I have mentioned to you several times, you have not resolved the issue.
There are still config issues on your end.

Your ATA should work the same regardless if you point to voip.freephoneline.ca or voip2.freephoneline.ca

Please review again. I believe you have a stun server entry setup under "sip settings" which should be blank.

I might be wrong, but I have an ATA at my house and it doesn't mater what proxy I use, it works the same way for both.

My point is that you cannot recommend this as a "solution" as it's clearly an issue.

I have had this problem too. I have found two ways to fix it (before I found this topic).

• Switch to voip2.freephoneline.ca. This works with no other ATA configuration changes.
• Use voip.freephoneline.ca and make two ATA configuration changes. The changes are to forward ports 16384-16482 to the ATA and configure a STUN server. This is an RTP problem, not a signalling problem, so it is not necessary to forward any other ports.
