One way voice when calling in Montreal area
Hi,
This is the continuation of an older post http://forum.fongo.com/viewtopic.php?f=8&t=9360
I experiment one way voice if I call some numbers in Montreal area. My device is a Obi100 configured like the posts in this forum. I tried some Toronto numbers, it works fine. *98 works too. Incoming calls works great. This problem appears Monday. I'm with FLP since 3 months without issues before. I have another Obi100 with another VoIP provider (connected with other port than 5060) and it works fine too. I switched to voip2.freephoneline.ca with no more success.
Thanks a lot

I assume your obi is configured as per FPL guidelines so if you can please send me a PM with your account details I will verify your account at the back end.
Also, if you have a support ticket already open for this issue, please include that in your PM as well.
Thanks,

Did you get a reply from them? I'm having the same issue on one of my VoiP keys and they closed my ticket without doing anything.

I'm having the same issue with one of my VoIP keys. It's the one I bought from budlightlimephone and they closed the ticket without doing anything, basically saying it's my fault and they don't provide support for VoIP keys.
