Freephoneline.ca will never disclose your information to anyone outside of the company, as not only a courtesy to you our customers but also due to legal, ethical, and business reasons.
Any spam you might be encountering could be a result of anything. Unless it is a fresh, newly created email address which was only used to sign up here (and even then we're all subject to the Internet's general lack of security - It was built in the 60's after all, when everybody loved everybody) it is doubtfully the fault of freephoneline.ca. Personally, I have four or five freephoneline.ca accounts with multiple media partners and the only email from freephoneline.ca I've received is the signup and activation email, as well as one about our long distance vouchers.
Upon signup, you are automatically added to a list which we, and we alone control to send out special offers or marketing promotions which is perfectly legal as you're the one signing up for the service; and of course there is an option to unsubscribe at the bottom of the list.
I don't suppose a scam website would have a forum consisting of nearly 15k posts, and a service grossing 150,000 users.
On a side note, I appreciate you censoring your language.
