We are writing to let you know that the Fongo phone network is going through a scheduled upgrade. In order to minimize the inconvenience to you, we have scheduled this improvement for the middle of the night over the course of two nights:

Start: Monday February 11th 2013, 01:00:00 AM ET
End: Monday February 11th 2013, 04:00:00 AM ET
Start: Tuesday February 12th 2013, 01:00:00 AM ET
End: Tuesday February 12th 2013, 05:00:00 AM ET

Outage Duration: Please be advised that during this time you will experience a period of time where there will be no voice service (including voicemail. Messaging/SMS will not be affected.

A few updates are wrapping up on the voicemail system which ran a little longer than planned. Voicemail service should be restored shortly and we will update as soon as it is.
