pick up phone，no ringtone before call a number

I use a cisco spa112，and follow the setup guide step by step，but very surprisely，when I pick up the phone，no ring tone，however，dial a number，receove incoming call，everything is normal。Do somebody know what is going on？

You should probably check the network cable between Cisco device and your router.

All lights on the ATA including power，internet connection and phone are solid green，something else need check？

You might need to use voip4.freephoneline.ca:6060 as a sip server. If you already have that, I suggest to ruin a factory reset and reconfiguration.
