SIp to freephoneline

How would someone call my freephoneline number from there SIP that only allows SIP calls? I tried from a sip account calling "1MYUSERNAME@voip2.freephoneline.ca"., with no success. I also tried changing voip2 with (voip, & voip4 I also tried adding :6060 to the end of the string).

FPL doesn’t allow incoming SIP URI calls.
