saw the smiliar posts in other thread, i'm in a rush right now so don't have the time to fill in the detailed support form. opened this new thread just hope to get the attention, seems the problem has lasted at least a week by now. (there was a report on July 2nd). to other countries, it's ok.

I have about $7 credit in my account, and dialed 011+86+numbers.
