Port out number with VoIP Unlock Key

I paid my VoIP Unlock Key a few years back. And I ported the number out.
Will I be able to use the VoIP Unlock Key on a new number? Or do I have to pay the VoIP Unlock Key again?

I doubt it, I do not think you even have an account anymore. You would have to purchase a new key.
