Hi I set up freephone line like more than 10 years ago for my family. I left Canada for a while and my grandma makes calls to Asia a lot. So I purchased a world credit auto reload bundle. But now when I try to call to these countries it seems like it keeps saying this:
"This call is not covered by your trariff plan"
An example of a number I am trying to call, I just dial 8216612000.
+82 1661-2000
My account still shows I have $50+ in credits. So what is the reason why this is happening?
I have ASUS RT-AC86U router with Cisco SP112 adapter.
Thanks for the help!

Re: This call is not covered by your trariff plan
For international calls, dial 011 before the country code, which is 82, in this case.
If you still have problems, double-check your dial plan against what's listed on page 5 of the PDF guide: http://forum.fongo.com/viewtopic.php?f= ... 206#p64088.
