it works for me too now but I wouldnt call it resolved yet, the issue might be intermittent.

Issue not solved for all...
I seem to have the same problem (account balance insufficient, for free calls), only find out this morning 2020-06-10
- outbound calls were working, for us, yesterday 2020-06-09 at 11:29:11 AM EDT
- but not working since this morning and still not working, tested just now, 2020-06-10 11:10:00 AM EDT
Maybe an interesting symptom: on the "CALL LOGS" the "City" field is "empty", but used to be filled on outbound calls yesterday...
Opened a ticket (Ticket #439550 - [Outage] Fongo - Notice) "before" finding this thread.
Just received the same "outage" message mentioned earlier in this thread (as response to my ticket)... pointing to status page : http://status.fongo.com/
But, I can't see any relevant "FreePhoneLine - [Outage] Fongo - Notice" information on that "Fongo's Status Page" link.

only shows "Degraded Performance" on "Support System", all other "services" have "Operational" status...
According to this "status page", "No incidents reported" on 2020-06-09 nor on 2020-06-10 ????

FPL to other Fibernetics numbers (FPL, Fongo Mobile) aren't showing anything for me (neither does checking voicemail) for city.nicolas_dh wrote:

All other calls do show location for city.

In some number it work in (514) but in (450) "Your account balance is insufficient to place your call to that destination"

I can't call that either.
So, they must be working on different area codes and prefixes still. You might want to update your ticket and provide them with numbers (and area codes) that we can't call.
If they have to manually enter area codes and prefixes into their billing system that should be free calls, this might take awhile.
416 (Toronto) is working for me.
For example, (416) 861-3801 works
