HI my name is Desmond I purchased a phone number last Friday July 10 2020 (unlock-key), and everything is configured inside the Grandstream HT 502 100%. I had Funkytown he is a huge supporter on this website and he helped me configure my ATA box on Friday July 10 2020 and even tested it out and all ports for SIP are properly forwarded through my modem. I want to Thank him as he spent hours with me in the last few days through Teamviewer..

I submitted a ticket to FREEPHONELINE/ FONGO about this problem since Friday July 10 2020 and still no reply by email.

Monday July 13th 2020 I contacted 295.ca which is owned by Fiberoptics and spoke with a Tech support person and he said after opening up my account which is 2164270 to contact Freephoneline/FONGO to have you guys guys somehow release/unblock my phone number as its blocked in your system. he also mentioned that usually he can fix problems but this problem he has never once heard of but confirmed that only FREEPHONE/FONGO can fix it.

I need to speak with a Moderator or someone who can get into my account to unblock my number as soon as possible.

Unfortunately, the moderators here aren't employed by Freephoneline, Fongo, or the parent company, Fibernetics, and I'm not aware of an employee posting here in some time. They aren't obliged to read or respond to posts on these user-to-user support forums. I've been told employees aren't responding to private message support requests from Freephoneline users on the forums anymore as well.

Fongo Support works from Monday to Friday between 9 p.m. and 4 p.m. EST only. The support system is "degraded" according to https://status.fongo.com/ due to COVID-19. I'm aware they're slow to respond to tickets at this time. Fongo's service phone number is 647-847-1355. I'm skeptical that anyone is answering calls though.

I've never heard of someone buying a VoIP Unlock Key and immediately having this situation occur: https://support.freephoneline.ca/hc/en- ... is-Blocked. That's really strange and unfortunate.

The only way I've managed to get a response from anyone lately is through the ticket system, but I usually give them a week to respond now. If no one responds to your ticket by the end of Friday, July 17th (check your spam folders), you might want to consider filing a complaint with CCTS: https://www.ccts-cprst.ca/.

The last time a similar issue occurred, it was resolved through the online ticket system: http://forum.fongo.com/viewtopic.php?f= ... 19&p=76561.

Hopefully, it's just a waiting game for a ticket response.
