kkappa's FPL call log showed "call rejected". I'm uncertain the cause of the problem is exactly the same, but it could still be an interconnect carrier issue.
Are you able to test by dialing this 519 number from a regular mobility (Telus, Bell, or Rogers carrier) number or landline without any problem? If the call goes through, then the problem can only be resolved by Fongo via ticket. Again, I hope they fix the problem for you.
If the problem still occurs from a regular mobility or landline service, then the issue is more likely to be at the other end of the call (or with the 519 carrier).
