[SOLVED] voip.freephonline.ca down or outage on my side

Since yesterday, my OBi202 with software version 3.2.2 (Build: 5921EX) has been saying:
Code: Select all
Register Failed: No Response From Server (server=208.65.240.44:5060;

On https://www.freephoneline.ca/showSipSettings, I see:
Code: Select all
SIP Status:    connected

Is it just me or anyone else experiencing something similar. I have rebooted the OBi a couple of time, with no change.

Reason: some scammers are trying to spoof SIP User Agent details to steal FPL service

FWIW, voip2.freephoneline.ca works for me.

I am in the process of converting my OBi config to the failover style config as mentioned in viewtopic.php?f=15&t=18805.

If this situation should happen in the future, after following the PDF guide fully, please refer the section titled "Are Freephoneline’s SIP servers down? My ATA isn’t registered" on pages 47 to 48 of the PDF guide, and follow the steps, step by step from A to D.

Thanks for the response. I have converted my setup to the "failover" one (with voip2 as choice #1) and now my phone is operational and status reads:

Status   Registered (server=162.213.111.22:5060; expire in 2326s)
PrimaryProxyServer   [0]162.213.111.22:5060;expire in 2326s; renew in 1726s   
SecondaryProxyServer   Secondary Registration Not Enabled
