Disapointed with Fongo

I have just moved from freephonbeline.ca to Fongo.
I opened Ticket #371574. Answer you receive is after 2 days or later, and really no any help. I returned email and 3 or 4 days later no answer.
System does not work:
- when called it is going to voicemail strait, no incoming calls.
- no message, on the phone is message notification
- quality of voice is intermittent.
I have rogers 1 GB internet. My free phone line was working perfectly, and after move to Fongo I lost a phone. It is no useless.
I do not know what to do?
I would like to return to freephoneline.ca but there is no way to contact anyone in Fongo. Only possibility to speak was with sale, anybody other is not possible to reach.
Ticketing system is very bad, and looks automated answer such as 1 800 numbers.
