Not able to use mobile phone to receive my FPL forward call

Over the years I have had 4-5 different FPL numbers and now my recent FPL number cannot be forwarded to my mobile phone. Any help is appreciated.

Since you've provided so little information with respect to what the actual problem is, I'm reluctant to suggest anything.
You haven't provided an error message. You haven't explained what happens when the call is forwarded. You haven't explained what the problem is.

If this issue is that you can't add your mobile number to your follow me list, you'll need to submit a ticket: https://support.fongo.com/hc/en-us/requests/new
Possibly your mobile number is tied to a previous Freephoneline account's (an account you may no longer have access to) Follow Me list.
If Freephoneline feels you've been abusing their service by singing up for multiple free accounts (point #3 from the following link), I'm uncertain that they'll do anything: https://support.freephoneline.ca/hc/en- ... t-deleted-.
