Re: Weird problem when getting calls from cellphones - SPA21
From googling around, this is very similar to what I'm experiencing: https://community.acanac.com/acanac/viewtopic.php?f=17&t=27394%C2%A0 Just did a quick test and indeed the ATA does not reboot if I answer in the 'silent periods' between rings, but reboots if I answer during the ringing. Any se...

Re: Weird problem when getting calls from cellphones - SPA21
This didn't really help and the ATA still appears to literally reset (there's a click and red light blinks for a bit until going back to green) when a call from a cellphone comes in (note that calls via FPL or other VOIP systems work just fine) I'm starting to wonder about the power adapter - it is ...

Weird problem when getting calls from cellphones - SPA2102
Hi, I got a SPA2102 configured according to the instructions posted on the forum, and it kinda works except when people call me on their cell phones. The phone ring, I answer there's no audio on the other side and it goes to fast busy right away (and 'phone' light on the spa2102 blinks a few times b...

Re: How do you actually turn on callwaiting on PAP2T?
Thanks, mango - so is it the one labelled: "CW Act Code"? (PAP2T is the ata, I attached the screenshot below)

How do you actually turn on callwaiting on PAP2T?
Hi, Having a bit of a weird issue, I have a linksys PAP2T-NA ATA, everything works fine but it seems like every time I'm on a call and someone calls me, the callwaiting service doesn't seem to work and they end up leaving a voicemail. Is there a *something code I have to punch in to actually turn th...

Re: Problem with an international call to Europe
Didn't help, unfortunately... any router-related settings you can recommend? (got a dd-wrt firmware running on it)
(update) correction, it DID help - I guess I should've thought of *also* rebooting the pap2t unit after applying those changes, once I did that the calls are going through.
thanks again.

Re: Problem with an international call to Europe
Hi, I had most of this already set to yes (handle via received, handle via port, insert via received and insert via port). I didn't have 'substitute via received' set to on, enabled it now and will test it (bit late to call Europe at this point in the day). Should I set any of the above to 'no'? Als...

Problem with an international call to Europe
Hi, For about a week now, I've been having a problem making a call to a family relative in Europe, all other calling features seem to be working fine but when we call the family there, it's just silence and the connection isn't made, but we're getting charged according to the call logs. Another rela...

Re: No voicemails but phone shows there is one?
Hi Jake,
Nope, that's not it - as I stated in my initial message I deleted that voicemail through the portal that very same day the voicemail came in. Problem is, it's still "telling" the phone system there is one - even though dialing *98 or vising the portal doesn't show one present...

Re: No voicemails but phone shows there is one?
Did that, no change... right now the only way to get rid of this annoying voicemail reminder is to turn off the message waiting option in the ata settings, but there's gotta be a better way than this?!?

No voicemails but phone shows there is one?
Hi, Got a bit of a weird issue with my Panasonic cordless phones, had a voicemail yesterday which I deleted via the website control panel, but the light on the phone still blinks and I get the tone indicating there is a voicemail waiting. Dialing *98, automated system says no voicemail waiting... so...

Re: FPL outgoing call issue
I can confirm that my issue has been indeed fixed by opening a ticket with FPL support - they were very fast to respond, I should add. So folks, if your FPL stopped working all of a sudden, your best bet is likely contacting the support staff, they sure fixed mine.

Re: FPL outgoing call issue
This won't help you much but I have the exact same problem - also on PAP2T, have had an account since the summer and now my FPL won't work anymore - I do get a dialtone but that's it - silence after that. Tried the 20 minute disconnect of power as some people suggested in other threads but didn't he...

Re: Everything works but received calls show as missed?
Hi, yes it is the actual cordless Panasonic phone that shows the call as missed. Call log online doesn't show these as missed. I will go back and check the settings with the ones you posted a link to but I think I've used those already... will double-check though. Like I said, it is an annoyance mor...

Re: Everything works but received calls show as missed?
It's ok, thanks for trying, but indeed, that's the setup as you described. I have only one base connected to the Linksys PAP2T-NA adapter. Perhaps I need to disable second port, will see if that makes any difference. If anyone else has suggestions what other way I can use to fix it, please respond. ...

Re: Everything works but received calls show as missed?
Well but there's no way to connect the second handset - this is a cordless system so you have one base, with answering machine system etc (which is plugged into the Linksys adapter), and then the rest of the handsets just operate wirelessly, there's nowhere to connect them...

Everything works but received calls show as missed?
Hi, I've recently signed up for Freephoneline/Fongo system, and so far everything's been working fine, I can make and receive calls, I use Linksys PAP2T-NA adapter in order to continue using my existing Panasonic cordless phones. There is only one somewhat minor issue I've encountered so far that I ...

No busy signal or 'ringing'
So I set up my Linksys PAP2T-NA for the first time the other day, and it seems to be functional, but I have a somewhat weird problem. I get a dialtone at the beginning of the call... I enter the number I'm calling and the line goes silent... as in no busy signal, no phone ringing on the other side.....
