Re: No Incoming Call going to VM
Also try dialing *73 and *79 (hanging up between calls) as you may have turned on Call Forwarding or Do Not Disturb by accident. Sorry to hijack the thread, but I wanted to thank Jake for this useful piece of info becoz someone at home must have accidentally activated the DND as I couldn't receive ...

Re: Cannot receive calls?
You're a real genius! Someone in the household must have accidentally activated the call forwarding, so *73 to cancel the call forwarding resolved the problem.
Thanks a million!

Re: Cannot receive calls?
My ATA is always plugged directly into my modem. Just to make sure that this is not the problem, I've also tried plugging my ATA to the router but it is still the same. Frustrations in the household is rising with the inability to receive calls, so I would be so grateful if there are any other troub...

Re: Cannot receive calls?
Thanks for the reply, I've unplugged and replugged many times and in different sequences but to no avail. I even check to see if it was a voice message but this wasn't the case. Any other suggestions as to what could be the issue?

Cannot receive calls?
I have a 647 area code with a SPA3102 device and I have used FPL since early 2010. For the past few days though, I have not been able to receive incoming calls as they go directly to voice mail ("The person you are trying to reach is not available, please leave a message"). I can still dia...

International Calls
Hi,
I'm interested in your international dialing feature, and my question is if the country I'm calling is 4 cents a minute, and I made a call lasting 1 minute 30 seconds, will my account be charged 6 cents or 8 cents?

Re: Alarm Systems
For a second FPL phone line to work, is an ATA needed? If so, can the same ATA (I have the Linksys SPA 3102) be configured to work with both lines, and how is this done?

How to increase rings before going to voicemail
I'm trying to increase the number of rings before it goes to voicemail because it seems like there's only like 4 rings before it goes to voicemail. Not sure if this will help, but I have a Linksys SPA3102.
