Free calling cities and areas that FPL provide DID's for are different. If your number you wanted to port was in an area they provide DID's for you would not have had this problem.

im sure someone else will describe it better than I just did. doing this on my phone isn't easy.

You bought a voip unlock key from FPL or did you buy the fongo service with the 4.95$ fee? If it was fol Log onto the FPL website NOT fongo.

As for the dial plan. Keep a copy of the stat one but use the one recommended in the forums instead.

Im assuming you purchased a VOIP unlock key?

Make sure you have the correct ports forwarded to the ata. Giving the ata a static up can help aswell.

Nope. Next time you get a voice mail it will revert back to the yes setting by itself and should then change to the no setting once you delete your vm.

Try pressing "#" once your done dialing. If the call goes through right away good chance there's a dial string error.

Purchase the config file. Enter the credentials provided in the config file into your ata.

Fongo provides free calling to Victoria bc. The currently do not offer Victoria numbers.

I suspect there is something wrong with your dial plan. Try calling a number and pressing pound ( # ) at the end. example: (604)123-45678#

If the call goes through without any delays then you need to look into the dial plan for an error.
