It was connected to the modem directly, without router.

I tested, even after 10 minutes.The status still shows connected. And I called from another phone to the FPL#, and the follow me# doesn't ring . There is a problem.

Today I tested to power off the ATA, then I found out on the SIP setting page in my account, it shows it is still connected for quite long time , 10 minutes?

That will cause trouble to the Follow me feature as I tested.

What is the proper way to let the server knows my ATA is down ASAP?

today I got a call waiting wihie I am on the phone.

I am not sure how to swap the call on FPL? I am using ATA, is that the traditional Flash button, I made mistake and cut both line off..
