But can't the programmers make the software convert my phone number in a word?
I believe they can.
I think it has to be a command, when my phone number appears somewhere, the software converts it to a word.

Why don't we see the names of the calling persons? Now we see only the phone numbers. If this is not possible for the moment, why at least, don't the programmers make only our phone numbers to appear something like " Me " or " My Own " or something like that, so we don't have to ...

Well, it is the second Saturday I am calling technical support and @ 10:15 AM EST I get a message saying: "Our office is now closed, please call ... & Saturdays 10 AM through 6 PM EST ..."
So, what are the offices' working hours on Saturdays?
