Re: Superspeed DSL
why can't it be Ottawa...
10mb would be perfect. but thats if i could get the 10mb altogether. why does DSL have to suck.
Do you know if theres a 30 day trial or refund?

Re: Dropped Calls - Are you experiencing random dropped calls?
beverly, You may want to try another phone handset in order to eliminate the one you are using as a possible culprit. I haven't noticed any audio problems like that with the FPL network and I'm usig the same ATA as you. this one is not related to just FPL cause it happens with MJ. its either two ph...

Re: Called 911
The call centre operator will confirm your location information and then transfer your 9-1-1 call to the emergency response centre nearest your location. You should be prepared to confirm your address and call-back number with the operator as this information may not be available to them. Not to be...

Re: Incoming / Outgoing both are not working
does the router PPPoE out or the modem does it... try plugging the ATA in the dsl modem if the modem is PPPoEing out. if this works then its the router. you could try dmz the ATA and see if that does it..

Re: Incoming calls do not work
set to 180.. it's in your SIP setting tab when you log in.
it should work before 180 sec but for some reason on my end i have the power cycle it
if power is lost or the network goes down, just power cycle the ATA when the network is up. it should work before 180 sec but for some reason on my end i have the power cycle it
