I just noticed that FPL has a $35 charge for calling 911.

You may want to avoid doing test calls now unless you want to pay the new fee.

The 911 service does work..just make sure your dial plan is correctly setup.

I did try out 911 on FPL and it works fine. Be sure it is setup in the dial plan as provided by FPL, and that the 911 address in your settings is correct ! If you do a test call ... tell them that it is a test call. Don't just hang up, as they will call you back ! If the person calling does not spea...

I use Rogers internet and had similar issues.

Wanted to let you know that I got all my six HT-502 devices working well again !! I upgraded to the newest firmware, corrected registration settings, etc.. While linksys is in seconds (3600), HT's are in minutes (60), and guess the new support doc with voip unlock key credentials messed me up...plus...
