sorry after doing a quick search you may be correct. i just followed the information provided to me by fpl steve. If i can get confirmation that it should be 25 then i can change the provisioning file to accommodate that.

mine are... The time setting is set to eastern time. if you live in a different time zone then you have to go in and change the time zone.

internet provider should not matter. and any linksys box should work. i just used it on a spa-3000 and worked perfect.

I made a provisioning file that will set up your ata in about 2-3 minutes with all these settings. Just follow the instructions at this post. http://forum.freephoneline.ca/viewtopic.php?f=15&t=1243

Wow that was the most confusing post ever lol but yes you must put in that link that's where all the settings are saved but I'm huessing you got it working... The dialing plan is how the actual ata dials eg 10 digits then sends the call. I wouldn't tamper with that unless you know what you are doing...

And yes you MUST unplug the unit and let it restart.

Sorry to hear that it didnt work. I use this method to provision about 300 ata's a week. Are u sure you un plugged and pluged in the unit? and also you must go back to enter your FPL username and password. thanks for the feedback.
