Just an update on this, Wind refused to port the number from FPL, so I had to get a Rogers prepaid first...

And have you noticed on their account page there is not a single web page with both your phone number and your name on the same page? I am not sure screenshots on multiple pages would work...

Thanks @TheHardy, I did a search online and it seems to indicate that you will need to buy an VOIP config file first before FPL allows you to pot the number out since otherwise my account info screen does not show both my name AND my FPL number? Is that correct? Thanks for your help!

Would it be possible to port a number from freephoneline to another provider? If so, what is the process and how much is it going to cost? Is there any condition I need to fulfill before allowed to port the number over?

This is probably the most silly mistake you gonna hear...but I actually don't think I saved the settings in my router to add my VOIP box to DMZ... Just tried it again, now it works, OH-YAY!!!
