Hi,
I know I am on my account, my sister is not that good with this stuff so I am trying to help her out.
It is not for the softphone. I set everything up for her on her comp with her login details and she is able to make calls but I forgot to check if she can receive calls.

My sister is having a problem with her phone system. anytime someone calls her line they either get a busy signal or it says they are not available. I am assuming there is some sort of setting that needs to be changed but I have no idea what it would be. They have no problems calling out. any ideas?...

How do we know forsure if a call will be charged long distnace or not?
I know there is a list of cities but what about the surrounding cities?
for example, i live in Toronto but wheni call Thornhill it's not LD, however Thornhill is not on the list.

how can we be sure when we make a call?
