Voip server is down, no registration. Flipped over to voip2 and registration and service works. Will wait til things get corrected. Thanks for finding the fault.

Yes, it is working on my line as well as my family members....so all is good again. Thanks for you help Liptonbrisk, your email must have had them look into the problem which corrected the issue.

Well, I would try to shut off any ringer of the 1 and only phone set attached to the ATA. Make an incoming call, watch the ATA lights indicating an incoming call and let that go to voice mail or pick it up. If it disconnects at that time, remove the connected phone set and make another incoming call...

It sounds like more that the power adapter is weak. I do not have the Fongo version of this plan, but I do have their sister company's version (Worldline) where it was beta tested before released on Fongo. Well, situation is no different. Changed the sip port, set server to the voip.freephoneline.ca, disconnected ATA, reboot router (waited till it settled) applied power to ATA, ATA registered successfully and incoming calls go directly to voicemail.

No change.

So why is it happening to 2 other different FPL accounts at different locations using the same server settings?

Update 1200hrs - After changing back to voip.freephoneline.ca registration is successful, but incoming calls go to voicemail.
