During the previous day and into today, there has been some very serious server timeouts and service disruptions. Sometimes I cannot call out, sometimes incoming calls don't work at all, sometimes they go straight to VM. I have been using this service for years with my ATA, and nothing has changed o...

I'd like to add that my ATA is having issues now. At times it cannot register due to server timeout and the service goes down. Lately this has been happening multiple times a day. PLEASE FPL/Fongo staff, take a look at your servers, they are either overloaded or having technical difficulties!

I'd like that add that I've had significant issues with the service today. Many people tell me they tried to call and got either a dead signal, or the answering service, or endless ringing. I've also had trouble calling out. There does seem to be some server issue.

Yep, same issue. Can't even call FPL's own contact number! Please fix immediately!

I just got a invoice for a config file also. Received it seven minutes ago. The invoice clearly states a balance due of $56.50. I would assume there are going to be a lot of confused/angry callers because of this. Maybe FL should send out a email clarifying the situation, or issue receipts.

Still down in MIssissauga/Toronto. Is the whole network out?
