outgoing calls work but no incoming call since yesterday.

I can make calls but no incoming calls. when i try calling my FPL number from my cellphone I get a busy signal and no one is using the FPL phone.

Under the Voice tab-> info, does it show registered for either Line 1 or Line 2 Status depending on which one you're using?

check your windows firewall settings to see if FPL softphone is allowed to access the internet.

My PBX just registered to FPL servers

a lot of people are having this problem with sipdroid. The link below is an ongoing thread about it.

Can you tell us a little more about your setup? like what ATA ,softphone you are using with asterisk. For example if you are using an ATA you should clear all Vertical Service Activation Codes that coincide with asterisk (freepbx). You want asterisk to handle them not the ATA.

the voice info page on the ATA tells you if it is registered and when the next registration will occur. look for line 1 status and/or line 2 status

What if I have bought a long distance card? How can I know if a I call I'm about to make will be free or charged against my calling card? I don't think there is a way for you to know, if you're using the FPL voucher,it's seamless. That being said, maybe there should be a pin to allow the long dista...

Have you tried plugging the ata straight to the modem? then how to I know if it's working or not? I won't be able to connect to it or track it's activity/status and it'll take the rest of my home network down. This is something that seems to be random. Yes I have purchased a voucher and made a call yesterday.

This morning I'm unable to make any international calls that starts with 011XXXXXXXXXXXX. I thought it was my ATA or Asterisk, but tried with the softphone with same result.
call log show Network error and Network (WAN) out of order, and call rejected.

go to windows firewall settings and see what's the setting for the softphone. if it's set to allow, then uninstall and reinstall the softphone.

if you go to the change details tab and go all the way down you will see it "enable voicemail to email" and select the option that you want
