My alarm system is probably 10 years old, so a modem make sense.
I'M not connected to the central anymore so I will leave me alarm unplug. A friend of my friend is a techy for bell so I will ask him to take a look at the wiring of the alarM.

ok after some research, i found that a lot of person with my actual phone had the same problem. I do have a uniden phone and i was able to stop the flashing by pressing the FIND button on the receiver base.
