I lost all incoming calls as of this afternoon (Thornhill, ON). I had no problems with my FPL service until this. I tried rebooting but didn't help. Is this a server issue?

Wow...seems crystal clear now! I haven't done a lot of calling since the switch replacement, but just listening to voicemail and hearing recorded messages, absolutely perfect - better than Bell!

I'm not sure if it's related, but I find that while you are talking, the receiving end can't be heard, so if you both say something at the same time or overlap a little bit, you will not hear their words. It's almost like a walkie-talkie, where one has to press a button to talk, only here it's voice...

I'm also having this problem, where there are intermittent short cuts in the sound and words are missing/jumpy. At first I thought that someone was just downloading/uploading on the computer at the same time, but even with the computer off I'm getting the same thing. I'm on Bell with their modem/rou...

because of technical difficulties we cannot route your call

I have my FPL # set to forward to my cell. I have it set to 30s/30s. When people call the number, they get an operator saying "because of technical difficulties we cannot route your call". It has never worked properly.

Any ideas?
