Can't hear the caller voice since yesterday

Same problem since yesterday. Nothing changed with the router or the ata.

can make calls but i could't receive on Iphone4s app or desktop app.

maybe its because, during installation i disabled push notification, but i didn't find a way to put it back on.

when connected directly to the DSL modem it works fine.

I opened all ports i even put my ATA on DMZ in the router.

I tried opening RTP ports (16384 - 16482) and i flashed the router's firmware with DD-WRT.
Stil have the one way audio problem...
