Re: Message Waiting Indicator not working...
I have the same problem, no VM or Fax and turned the messagewaiting box off only to have it turned on after 5 minutes. This is on a obi200, can support look into this since many are having an issue?

Re: 911
it was implemented this year, as far as i understand 911 calls will always work even if your funds are low.You will need to pay off the balance after the emergency if you want to keep your account in good standing. It would be dumb if people could not use 911 just because they have a zero balance.

Re: Incoming calls issue
Hi Hi, I've recently ported my number to fpl, I have problems with incoming calls, sometimes they work fine and others they don't, I have to reboot my ATA to solve the issue, but it's temporary and after few hours incoming calls don't work, again. Please help I'm missing important calls Calls log: ...

Re: Dead air after 10 minutes
So I reconfigured my router from scratch to make sure no corrupt setting transferred from a previous build and I can say my router has been up for 11 days and no complaints of dead air yet (fingers crossed). I also recently purchased the obi200 to replace the old 2102, mainly because I could only us...

Re: Dead air after 10 minutes
I understand the netgear firmware has issues, but you have to remember i'm running DD-WRT, so unless this is hardware my issue is the same but not same firmware. DDWRT does not have any SIP AIG settings and I did have one way audio issues when I first moved to FPL but that was fixed by enabling the ...

Re: Dead air after 10 minutes
Not the SIP AIG setting, the really odd think I noticed is that it occurs midway in the month but the first half is fine. I have my router set to reboot first of the month so not sure what changes in the second half.
Since I'm on bell I get a new IP every month, maybe the IP lease is an issue?

Re: Dead air after 10 minutes
This started happening again, switched to voip4 and the issue persists. I've had the same hardware for well over a year now and never had issues with voip until switching to FPL.

We should be allowed at least one test call when an account is activated just to be sure it's working.

Re: Dead air after 10 minutes
using voip2 and changing port to 5060 seems to have fixed it for now. Will try voip4 in a few days anyways to see if it's still the works in case I ever need to switch ISP's I won't have to deal with this again.

Re: Dead air after 10 minutes
okay I'll leave it at voip2 for tonight and see if I get complaints regarding dead air tomorrow, this will allow to to troubleshoot on the weekend and test with voip4. Please see edits regarding router on my previous post. My router and ATA config are exactly the same so you maybe right regarding th...

Re: Dead air after 10 minutes
I triple checked the config and everything is set accordingly. I changed the proxy from voip to voip2 is there a reason why you recommend voip4 instead? I'm using line2 for FPL and swapped the port numbers between the two lines to see if it will make a difference. The Call X Packets Recv are blank, ...

Dead air after 10 minutes
Both incoming and out going work but after 10 minutes I get dead air , the call does not disconnect. This started about a week or so ago and I have not made any changes to my config on my SPA2102 ATA. The only thing I can remotely think of is I changed ISP's from Teksavvy to Bell. But I don't unders...

I went to add world credits and only had a $5 option, I recall seeing a $10 and $20 option before. Anyway to add these options back?

1.) yes its free
2.) I think the account gets closed after 90 days of no usage, unless you paid the voip unlock fee or have world credits.

Re: Voice cutting/line issue
I've had a few people say my voice is breaking or or sounds far away and with others it was fine. Ping test shows 0% loss, I'll try making a few more calls to see if the issue comes up with the same numbers that first reported the issue.

Re: can't hear other side voice when make call or receive ca
I'm having a similar issue since getting my number ported, outgoing is fine as is incoming. But 1 out of 10 incoming calls cannot be heard, the other side can hear me but i cannot hear them. If they hang up and call a second time everything works as excepted. Any fixes? Linksys SPA2102, i have tripl...

Unlock Linksys SPA2102-R
I have a ATA device that is provisioned by my previous VOIP provider, they have changed the admin password for me and with that I was able to setup FPL. I was also advised never to reset the ATA or the device will reset back to default with the VOIP config and I'd have to call them again so they can...
