I can't get the desktop to run, I have a Java Runtime error when I attempt to launch. Has support for this application been abandoned?

I have the latest Java installed, Windows 7.

I receive this error when I attempt to launch the desktop application.

Please provide a solution.

This is happening more often than not. Other voip options like Google Hangouts or even Next/Text Plus type apps don't have this issue on an ongoing basis, unlike Fongo. I am using iPhone 7+ and latest Fongo app on iOS.

I don't know if this makes any difference. My cell is sometimes forwarded to Fongo. However, at random times when people call my cell (forwarded to Fongo), the other party tells me that Fongo hangs up on them. The latest incident happened moments ago. This is an ongoing problem.....however, it's also random but consistent. Make sense?

Ditto here...i am reposting since my post didnt appear here. I also should add that I have a solid 100 Mbps connection with low ping and a strong wifi signal too (as checked by different apps). The issue is with Fongo just the random horrible audio quality.

This is very frustrating. Fongo app did this several times in a row despite a solid low ping 100 Mbps internet connection. It's a recurring problem and poor reception and audio.
