my bad I didn't know that FPL was anything else than a desktop app
you are talking about port forward on router, I am not using a router, im directly connected to the cable modem
by using the window firewall, can I just block the UDP port 5060?

I dont think its the right troubleshooting message, its help for setting network and such with (real?) phone, but im only using the free program with direct connection?

I have a weird problem since today, I keep receiving a call from a number "201" and nothing else, its keep calling me like every 10-15 minutes.
its doesn't respond or anything. Is there anything to block that call? its getting annoying

No error message, I click the shortcut and there nothing happening
from the task manager I see it opening for like a seconds then just disappear.

Depuis quelques jours je n'arrive plus a ouvrir le programme de FPL
aucune message d'erreur, je pèse sur le raccourci, le programme "semble" s'allume pendant quelque seconde et ensuite rien.
