well I tried your dial plan and it didn't work so I don't understand whats is my phone line problem... somebody help me

When ever I make a call from a existing phone # on my FPL, like my cell phone, my work phone # or parents house, I get a busy line. My problem is fix I made a factory default on the spa -2102 and put back my sip information and my calls started working again.
