I noticed the VoIP unlock key is now $79.95, a pretty big hike from the $50 it used to be in the past.
However, the $50 used to be charged in USD. Is the $79.95 still in USD or in CAD ?
Also, the long distance rates, are they in USD or CAD ?

For example if someone is running an IP PBX (such as Asterisk), they can set up outbound routing so that when dialing an area code/prefix that is free, use FreePhoneLine, but when the destination number is not free with FPL use a different provider.

My bad. I made that list in February and I throught it's still current. I should have checked.

It would be interesting if Fongo is the source of the problem, but out of curiosity, where is wireshark connected to? Between the modem and router? behind the router? Is the modem in bridge mode? I can think of a situation where the modem is acting up as an awful router, and "forgets" to ...

I have a Fongo number (originally dellvoice) which I like very much and I would like to use on an ATA.
However, there's no option to buy the SIP settings like with freephoneline numbers. Is it possible to get the SIP settings ?

So with Fongo, does one still have to pay the $50 for the SIP settings or those are included with the ATA ? (or they are programmed in the ATA but the customer never has access to them)

Thanks, I was hesitant to close the account for 2 reasons: I didn't know if I could re-use the same email address and also on several occasions there were no Toronto numbers available.
Luckily I was able to use the same email and the number I got is way better than the one I canceled
